Our private land tours for individuals or small groups can also be customised to focus on special interests which include hiking, history, rural farming, traditional Turkish arts and crafts, and Turkish cuisine. Our guides, carefully selected to match the age, profile and interests of your group, are well educated and qualified in Turkish history and archaeology. They also have a thorough knowledge of the country’s culture and traditions. When possible our routes venture off the beaten track to give an insight into Turkish traditional and rural customs. We don’t believe in racing through a ream of historical sites; our tours are balanced and designed to give you time to soak in the whole experience.
Our preference is for smaller boutique hotels with character. With no compromise to comfort or quality, unique accommodations that we have arranged include a Pasha’s bedroom complete with private Turkish bath, cave dwellings in Central Anatolia, and an Ottoman mansion overlooking the Mediterranean.
